Food Drive
Hey Martingrove it's that time of year again! It's the SAC's annual holiday food and clothing drive! You can bring in any non - perishable goods, gently used clothes, and toys to the boxes in your homeroom class and the class with the most in their boxes wins a pizza lunch hosted by SAC. The last day to bring in your goods is Thursday December 17, just in time for the holidays. Get into the holiday spirit MCI!
World Action Council
World Action Council is hosting a Holiday draw today at lunch. Come down and guess the number of candles in a jar for a chance ti win it all. Guesses are a quarter each or $1 for five guesses, so come down to the front foyer for a chance to win!

This is a reminder that the MCI Business Department is sponsoring the Entrepreneurial Lunch and Learn, today at lunch in Rm. 103.
Those who signed up can come and learn about starting up your own business, creating your own summer job and the free money that's available for students starting up businesses.
Ontario University Applications Reminders
Planning to attend university next year? The absolute deadline to apply is January 13, but your friendly guidance counsellors urge you to complete the online application before that date.
If you have any questions as you go through the process, come in and speak with a counsellor. We are available next week--drop by during your spare or at lunch, or make an appointment for a more in-depth discussion.
P.S. College applications are open now, too. The deadline is February 1 for all Ontario college programs. Talk with your counsellor if you have any questions.
