Mindful Yoga!

Do you want to take some to look after yourself and end the week feeling refreshed and relaxed?

EVERYONE (staff and students) is invited to take part in some light yoga and meditation today at lunch in room 107/the small caf/the drama room.

Don't worry  about fancy yoga gear- just come as you are.

Reminder that Saturday tutorial continues this weekend, room 102 from 9:30-12:30.

English Department

The English/Drama Dept is taking a trip to The British Isles in March 2015.

Come and learn about this wonderful travel opportunity to England, Scotland and Ireland. There is an information meeting Friday at lunch, Room 142.

Halloween Dance

heeeeeyyy Martingrove!! Come to the S-A-C's Halloween dance on Friday October 31 in the Gym and get lots and lots of CANDY!!!!! There will also be a costume contest and the winner will get two Cineplex movie tickets that include drinks and popcorn! Tickets will be on sale for $3 in front of the gym from Tuesday October 21 to Tuesday October 28. Seee you allll theeeeereeeee.

Martingrove Environment Club

Hey MEC! There will be a planting session tomorrow after school. If you'd like to attend, there is also a session today @ lunch. Meet in front of room 141.

MEC is having their annual organic lunch this coming Tuesday, October 28th! You can buy an organic sandwich plus a fruit salad for $5, or half a plate for $3. So come to the cafeteria this Tuesday. All proceeds go to Breast Cancer Awareness. See you then!
