Mental Health Week

Are you getting 8 hours of sleep every night? Are you filling up on fast foods and not balancing it with fruits and vegetables? Do you spend quality time with people who matter to you? Running on empty makes the day seem longer and your tasks seem more difficult. Be sure to take some time for yourself--do something you enjoy like spending time with friends, exercising, watching movies, or listening to music. For more information on where you can go for help, speak to a parent, school staff member or go to www.kidshelpphone.com.
