Attention all students interesting in the Fitness Club:
The first day of the MCI Fitness Club officially begins on Monday October 19th at lunch. Permission forms are available on the door of the Weight Room. Members will not be admitted without this signed form and a 10 dollar fee. The Fitness Club will be open at various times throughout the week. Please check the weight room for for the schedule.

Loran Award Applications due to Guidance today at 4
If you would like to be nominated by the Martingrove Scholarship Committee for the Loran Award, you must submit a print-out of your online applications to Guidance by 4 pm today.

Hey bears, are you interested in joining the best club at MCI? Do you like acting, set design or wardrobe? Then come join the Martingrove Stage Company. General council application forms are in the MSC display case near the auditorium. They are due on October 14. If you want to audition the sign up sheets are in front of the auditorium. Auditions are from October 19-23.

The TDSB announced yesterday that the registration date for semester 2 eLearning has been changed again.
Registration is now scheduled to open on Tuesday, October 20.

Did you know that 1 in 9 Canadian Women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their lifetime? However, since the 1980's, there's been a 43% reduction in Breast Cancer deaths. Breast Cancer Awareness Commitee
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. This year, almost 23 000 women in Canada will be diagnosed with cancer. However, improvements in research and technology help save lives everyday. You can find pink ribbons in the office starting Friday October 2, or keep an eye out for members of the committee in the hallways tomorrow at lunch. Please donate generously in this month of October to help those with breast cancer.
